She teaches mindfulness techniques and can assist clients in accessing support groups as a way of finding additional support, and seeking opportunities for healing, and meaning making from their experiences.

Sleeping Disorder

Maureen understands the impact of sleeping disorders on client’s overall well-being. She works collaboratively to address sleep-related concerns such as insomnia, sleep Apnea, and Restless Leg Syndrome. She uses a combination of Cognitive- Behavioural Therapy, relaxation techniques, and sleep hygiene education. She helps establish healthy sleep patterns, aimed to improve sleep quality, and restore energy levels by addressing underlying factors and developing personalized strategies to manage disrupted sleep. Maureen supports clients in achieving restful and rejuvenating sleep.
